- Q: I placed an order and want to check the status. Where do I check?
A: You can check your order status in the “Account” or “View Orders” Pages.
- Q: I ordered a feature on my controller that I want to change. Is this possible?
A: Yes! Please visit the ‘Contact us’ page and explain what you would like changed.
- Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order have been shipped out we will email you a tracking number.
- Q: While signing up on your website I entered incorrect information. Where can I change this?
A: You can edit your Billing & Shipping Information at any time on the “Account” page or by clicking “My Account”.
- Q: Does SootheCustoms offer shipping to my country?
A: Absolutely! We ship our products all over the globe. (Including but not limited to: Austria, United Kingdom, Japan, Italy, Norway, Canada, U.S.A., Germany, France, Africa, Poland, New Zealand, Holland, Mexico, Belgium, e.t.c.) Shipping cost are based on your location.
- Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: Currently SootheCustoms only accepts online orders through our website, email, or Skype. We will have an active phone line soon!
- Q: Will I get charged Internation Customs fees?
A: There is a possibility of international customs fees for international customers. Laws and regulations vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out the current import tax laws. These fees are not charged by SootheCustoms.
- Q: How to make sure your order is processed quick and efficiently.
A: When placing an order be sure to enter your billing and shipping address correctly. This ensures quick processing. Also make sure your Paypal email and contact email are correct.
- Q: How long will my controller take to make / customize?
A: If you have ordered a brand new controller 1-3 weeks. If you have sent in a controller for customization it may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
- Q: How long will shipping take after my controller is shipping out?
A: If your shipping address is with-in the United States, it will take 2-4 Days. If your shipping address is outside the United States your package can take 2-5 weeks for you to receive it. All shipping times are calculated by USPS.
MISSING / DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
- Q: I have not received my package. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately and we will assist you. If you suspect your package is missing please feel free to contact us. Be sure to you have your order number or tracking number handy. Also keep in mind international delivery takes longer than U.S. Deliveries.
- Q: What if my product is damaged or broken?
A: If you believe your controller, computer or product you bought from us is defective or damaged, please contact support or email us immediately!
